Chuckwagon Dinners
One of the most requested events at the ranch is the chuckwagon dinner. Here you can
experience the fun of an authentic 1890’s cattle drive including the sights, sounds
and tastes of the old west. This is chuckwagon cooking at its best. Your meal is
preceded by a ride in a newly constructed stagecoach. Following your stage ride, we
prepare the meal in the traditional manner of Dutch oven cooking with a flair for
more modern tastes. We attempt to keep our menus simple so as to replicate the true
Cowboy era. Though simple, they are big on flavor, aroma and portion.Horse drawn
