Accommodations
Accommodations range from $89.00 to $159.00 per night based upon double occupancy. Additional person above double occupancy is $15. Lodging prices include a full breakfast. Weekly rates are available.

Reservations and Payment Methods
Reservations are taken with payment for one night or a 50% deposit for multiple nights secured by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, corporate check, or Travelers Check.  Personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellations
Cancellations made up to one week prior to the reservation will be subject to a 10% fee. Cancellations made after that time will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Check In and Check Out
Check in time is between 3:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. daily.  Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Children
Well supervised children are welcome.

Animals
As this is a working ranch, we have livestock that are not dog-friendly so, for the consideration of resident livestock as well as other guests, no dogs or cats are permitted.

Horses to be boarded must have a Coggin's test within the past 90 days. Horse boarding fees are $12 per day per animal.

Smoking
This is a non-smoking household. Smoking is allowed outside only.
