Gourmet Cooking Classes
The good Doctor Colt is equally at home in his elegant modern kitchen, a ranch line
shack or whipping up his cowboy fare in Dutch ovens over the campfire. A graduate of
the Chicago School for the Culinary Arts, Doc loves to teach others the joy of
cooking. Classes are offered in Southwestern cooking, Italian technique, classic
French as well as baking, including Doc’s personal favorite, artisan bread baking.
Special classes from a simple entrée to a complete five course meal can be arranged
for larger groups.
